My constant battle with fatigue….
I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating it is to constantly feel tired….
It doesn’t appear to matter what time of the day it is or, does it matter when I go to bed. It also doesn’t appear to matter what I’ve done during any particular day either.
The result is exactly the same, I wake up every single day feeling more tired than before I actually went to bed the previous day.
My consultant at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham had suggested that, the levels of fatigue could be directly related to my levels of activity. I.e. when he made the suggestion, I had become a bit of a couch potato, along with being a bit of a tele head.
Aside from public speaking, I wasn’t doing much of anything…..
How things have changed.
Not only am I public speaking to the masses but, I’ve also returned to cycling, a sport that I’ve always been very good at and passionate about creating a number of goals. One of which, cycle from coast to coast my brother-in-law and I have already completed, find out more in my other blog posts.
Therefore, its fare to say that I can categorically guarantee that the levels of fatigue that I’m suffering are absolutely not physical fatigue, if they were I wouldn’t be able to do half of what I do.
