Sunday marked an interesting day, I went to a cycle track in Stourport and rode in a session with Stef’s cycling club V-Sprint.
The track is roughly 1 mile round with a couple of undulations.
Below is a few shots of how I performed…
The best of it was, it’s a mile long circuit and, we all lined up for a one lap Time Trial at the end.
I was the last man of and we pulled away at 10 second intervals.
The guy in front, obviously a keen cyclist judging by his bike I caught half way round.
He was clearly pissed off so he almost immediately went passed me.
I decided to play the waiting game, I waited till I was about 200 meters out and shot passed round the outside finishing ahead.
Lesson learnt…..
